Membership Contract

Thank you! For choosing to be an AIFP member! This agreement is between the Angel Island Fun Park (AIFP) collective and the individual signed below. When this contract refers to “you” it is directed towards the undersigned member. When using “us” or “we” this is to represent the AIFP collective. By signing this agreement, you are taking the responsibility for being the primary member for the child participating in AIFP attractions and playgrounds. You also agree to all policies and procedures of the facility and understand the risks and liability. We have condensed and have broken down parts of the agreement that are most important and by filling these boxes you agree to

Fully supervise my child while attending AIFP.

I will follow all policies that AIFP offers as well as guidelines for all attractions.

The membership may ONLY be used by a primary caregiver and the child registered by providing a phone number.

I understand that AIFP may terminate my membership if I don't comply or violate policies and procedures.

Membership Agreement

This membership is solely intended for a primary caregiver and a child registered to the membership. This agreement entitles members to use the adventure zone, for as long as you want, during business hours. The fee will be reflective of two things. The duration of the contractual agreement and how many kids will be registered.the primary caregiver would provide their phone number associated with the membership and it is the responsibility of the primary signee to inform other caregivers in the family procedures and policies. Caregivers MUST be 18 and older.

Fees, Payment, And Commitment

For this agreement, you will be charged in reflection of your purchase. This can be month by month, every 3 months, or every year on the same day. Purchased memberships can be canceled at any time, and in response you will not be charged your next deadline. In addition, you are also free to carry out your remaining membership term. For refunds, AIFP is not responsible for paid memberships that are not effectively used, or used at all. By signing this you are agreeing to the month to month based payment mentioned above.

Benefits, Rewards!

This contract grants the permanent use of the Adventure Zone during business hours. This includes 1 Primary caregiver, 1 child (non-transferrable), and a discount percentage for other attractions. This will be 10% for bumper carts and GO-carts, as well as a 10% discount on food. Members also get a 10% discount on one birthday package a year! Grippy socks are NOT included in your membership and if you are accompanied by additional parents or caregivers, they would have to pay a separate fee. Members would also get special promotions, discounts, and offers throughout the year that are not specified in this agreement.

Disclaimer!

This membership is per location. Members would NOT be able to access multiple facilities with just the same membership. This is a NON-refundable and NON-transferable membership. AIFP has the right to terminate or suspend a membership in violation of rules and policy.
